Contact form submissions are sent to a Google Apps Script endpoint, saved in a Google Sheet lead tracker, and forwarded as an email notification to BOOK DGT. These tools help keep inquiries organized and make manual follow-up easier.

Analytics

BOOK DGT uses website analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4, to understand basic site activity such as page views, traffic sources, and form completion events. Analytics helps improve the site and measure whether people are finding the right pages.
